How your details are handled

Backbone IT is a sole trader business operated by Bayley in Perth, WA (ABN 88 622 160 199).

What I collect

When you send an enquiry, I receive the name, email, topic and message you submit. That information is used only to reply and deliver the work you asked for.

Where it goes

Enquiry emails are sent to admin@getbackboneit.com via Resend. Optional Cloudflare Turnstile may verify the form was submitted by a person.

How long I keep it

Enquiry and job records are kept as long as needed to complete the work and meet basic business record requirements, then deleted when no longer required.
