Backbone IT is Bayley — an IT specialist and developer based in Perth, Western Australia. If something is broken, slow, insecure or missing, you talk to the same person who will diagnose it, quote it, and do the work.

How this started

It began with building and running technical systems for myself: prediction models, automation, websites and the infrastructure underneath them. That work grew into public projects like wakopredicts.com, wako-ai.com and pvmr.net — live sites that still need hosting, DNS, monitoring and the occasional late-night fix.

Backbone IT is the same craft turned outward. Homes and small businesses need reliable IT without a corporate helpdesk. That is the gap I fill: practical support, clean networks, websites that stay online, backups that restore, and small automations that remove busywork.

How I work

Every engagement is direct. You get a clear read on the problem, a fixed quote before anything starts, and a handover that is maintainable — not locked to me. On-site work covers the Perth metro area; remote support is available Australia-wide. No call-out fee for remote jobs.
